Movexy Driver Service Agreement

This Driver Service Agreement governs the relationship between Movexy and drivers who use the Movexy platform to provide delivery services.

Independent Contractor Status

Drivers using the Movexy platform operate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Movexy.

Driver Eligibility

• Drivers must provide valid identification.
• Drivers must possess a valid driving license where required.
• Vehicles used for deliveries must be legally registered and safe for operation.

Driver Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parcels in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage.
• Communicate with customers respectfully.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

Use of the Platform

Drivers must use the Movexy mobile application to accept, manage, and complete delivery requests.

Earnings

Drivers earn income for completed deliveries as defined in the Earnings, Compensation & Commission Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

Drivers must not:

• Transport prohibited items.
• Engage in fraudulent activities.
• Use the platform to perform illegal activities.
• Harass customers or vendors.

Account Suspension

Movexy may suspend or terminate driver access to the platform if violations of platform policies occur.

Limitation of Liability

Drivers are responsible for their own conduct while performing deliveries using the Movexy platform.

Agreement Updates

Movexy reserves the right to update this agreement when necessary.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
