To ensure safety and legal compliance, certain items are prohibited or restricted from being transported using the Movexy platform.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal drugs or narcotics
• Firearms, weapons, and ammunition
• Explosives or fireworks
• Hazardous chemicals or toxic substances
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Human remains or body parts
• Illegal wildlife products

Restricted Items

The following items may require special approval or may not be accepted under certain conditions:

• Large quantities of cash
• Fragile items such as glass or electronics
• Perishable goods
• Liquids or food items
• Valuable items such as jewelry

User Responsibility

Customers and vendors are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for delivery comply with all applicable laws and this policy.

Driver Responsibility

Drivers may refuse to transport any item they believe violates this policy or poses a safety risk.

Policy Violations

Movexy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to send prohibited items through the platform.

Movexy may also report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
