Driver Earnings
Drivers earn income by completing deliveries through the Movexy platform.
Delivery Earnings
- Drivers receive payment for each successfully completed delivery.
- The delivery fee is calculated based on distance, service type, and other applicable factors.
- Movexy may deduct a service commission from each completed order.
Driver Commission
Movexy charges a platform commission on each completed delivery. The commission percentage may vary depending on the service category.
Cancellation Compensation
- If a customer cancels an order after the driver has accepted it, compensation may be applied depending on the delivery stage.
- If the driver has already arrived at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may be credited.
- No compensation applies if cancellation occurs before driver assignment.
Payouts
- Drivers may withdraw their earnings using supported payout methods such as bank transfer or mobile money.
- Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.
- Payout requests are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Earnings Adjustments
Movexy reserves the right to adjust driver earnings in cases of fraud, technical errors, or order disputes.
Vendor Earnings
Vendors may use Movexy to facilitate deliveries for their products or services.
Commission
- Movexy may charge vendors a commission for deliveries arranged through the platform.
- The commission rate may vary depending on vendor agreements.
Payouts
- Vendor payouts are processed after successful order completion.
- Payouts may be scheduled periodically depending on vendor agreements.
- Movexy may deduct platform service fees or commissions before releasing payouts.
Refund Adjustments
If a customer refund is issued, the vendor payout may be adjusted accordingly.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for product quality and accuracy.
- Product disputes may affect vendor earnings.
Partner Revenue Sharing
Movexy may collaborate with logistics providers, affiliates, or integration partners.
Revenue Sharing

Movexy operates a settlement system to process earnings, commissions, and revenue sharing between drivers, vendors, and partners.
Settlement Cycle
- Driver earnings are recorded immediately after a delivery is successfully completed.
- Vendor transactions are recorded after delivery confirmation.
- Partner revenue shares are calculated based on completed transactions attributed to the partner.
Payout Processing
- Settlement payouts may be requested through the Movexy platform.
- Payouts are typically processed within 1–3 business days after approval.
- Payout methods may include bank transfer or supported mobile money services.
Deductions
Before settlement is processed, Movexy may deduct:
- Platform commissions
- Refunds issued to customers
- Chargebacks or payment reversals
- Penalties for policy violations
Disputes
If a driver, vendor, or partner disputes a settlement amount, they may submit a request through the Movexy support system. Movexy will review transaction records before making a final determination.
Settlement Adjustments
Movexy reserves the right to adjust settlements in cases of fraud detection, technical errors, or violations of platform policies.
